Purged all folders with "edge" in the name in "AppData\Local\Packages", then I ran No effect, but the deleted folders return - all are empty except for BrowserMetrics, Crashpad and Default. Purged everything in the "AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data" folder.
